Review – A Mile In His Shoes

January 13, 2012 — 0 Comments

We recently had the opportunity to review a new movie available on DVD called “A Mile In His Shoes“. From the director of “Angels in the Outfield”, A Mile In His Shoes is an inspirational story about a child with Aspergers Syndrome (Autism) and his unique ability to play baseball. The movie stars Dean Cain (of Superman the TV Show fame) and is a great story. We watched it as a family and really enjoyed it.

In age of movies with billion dollar budgets, it is nice to see a movie that is simplistic yet carries a great message. The acting wasn’t all that bad and the story is worth seeing. My kids (10, 8 and 6) all really enjoyed it. They quickly anticipated where the film was headed and enjoyed it’s resolution in the end. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a quality family film. Here’s a clip for the film:
