I really digg Kirk Franklin. The CD “Hero” is one of my favorites. I don’t usually post this many videos in a row, but this one continues the grace theme I have been posting lately. The song speaks for itself. Promise me you will hang with it until about the 2:45 mark and especially until the 3:05 mark. I think you will find yourself on your feet, maybe even wanting to raise your hands in praise. It’s okay if you want to cause “it’s gone”…..praise the Lord.

You’re on a roll. This one hit me hard tonight. I needed it. I will admit I raised a hand! Love ya brother.
Amen. They are gone! Praise the Lord. Thank you for finding and sharing this.
I have tears running down my face as I type this. I saw this in the tags for videos and did not know it would lead me to this. Words cannot describe what that song meant to me. I have played it over and over.
A powerful song and video.

All I can say is….Thank You Lord!
Paul says it this way:
Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in the heavenly realms with every spiritual blessing in Christ. For he chose us in him before the creation of the world to be holy and blameless in his sight. In love he predestined us to be adopted as his sons through Jesus Christ, in accordance with his pleasure and will— to the praise of his glorious grace, which he has freely given us in the One he loves. In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the riches of God’s grace that he lavished on us with all wisdom and understanding.
WOW, you all know how to make a wanna be blogger feel welcomed! Thank you all for your responses. I hesitated to post this one last night and I am glad I didn’t follow that thought. I once heard a friend that was a history major in college say that the best part about being a history major is that “history is history”.
Praise God that our past is history. “It’s gone”. The pain, the struggle, the memories. All gone. To quote Matthew West, “There’s only grace”
Thanks again for makin’ me feel right at home here!
