By far, this post received the most hits in 2006. It has nothing to do with the video and everything to do with this song by the group “Heartland”.I threw this little slide show together of one of my two little girls. Ugh, I am not looking forward to that day. Enjoy.

Great slideshow and nice song. You have reason to be a proud father.
I’m one of Emma’s Sunday School teachers and I almost cried watching that slide show. I absolutely love having her in my class and I get so excited when I see her coming down the hall! This past Sunday I felt so honored because she asked me to hold her while we were singing and I had so much fun twirling her around and trying to see who could sing louder. Thanks for letting me spend 1 1/2 hours with her a couple of times a month!
🙂
Debbie,
Wow! Thank you for your kind words. We can never say enough for the people that watch our children during the service. It is a calling to be able to minister to them, love on them, and care for them the way that you all do. Many a believer will point to someone that taught them something in Sunday school that paved the way for thier faith. Thank you again for your heartfelt words and for taking care of our little girl those 1 1/2 hours :).
Brynn’s not far behind 😉
I like the video. My wife and I have been trying to have children for three years now. I can tell they have been a blessing in your life.
Ok. I don’t even know you, and I cried watching that! 🙂 We’ll tuck that song away for when our little girls grow up and find another love.
I don’t know you but seeing the love you have for your children gives me great joy. I grew up without a father so I have the pleasure of having my uncle walk me down the aisle in June of this year. I picked this song for our dance because he was my father figure and he cried when I asked him to give me away at my wedding. He always told me tales of how I was his princess and how my being born saved his life. and seeing this video of you and your children made me remember the times I shared with him growing up. God bless you and your family and keep your love and faith alive.
I was doing a web search for the song you used and stumbled across your video. It’s beautiful! I was in the middle of putting a little something together for my own daughter she just had her 8th grade dance and looked like cinderella with her first real date.
My daughter told me about this song and I happened across your video, you did a wonderful job and your little ones are just adorable. I can feel the love you put into this, thank you for sharing it ;-))
I came across your video and I heard the song on the radio and just couldn’t figure out who sang the song.. So I googled the name of the song on the internet and found your video and it just brought tears to my eyes…. I have two little girls myself and there father just cried when I told him to here the song… God Bless you and your family…..
