Alright so we’re still a week away from the Easter weekend celebration, but we had cause to start the party a bit early this week. My 4 year old daughter said a prayer with mommy and asked Jesus into her heart!
Luke 15:7 says that “I tell you that in the same way there will be more rejoicing in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine righteous people who do not need to repent.”
We figure they shouldn’t be the only ones to have all the fun! Below is a little video of my little girl singing before we cut the cake. Listen for some added lyrics by “the boy” and some “extra curricular activities” from the baby at the end.
Candle – .50 cents
Cake – $4.99
Knowing your child will spend eternity in heaven….priceless.

she is soooo cute!!
and you’re right. when you know your child will spend eternity in heaven… and knowing that even here on Earth, she will have a life of abundance (john 10:10)… that is just priceless!!
i dun have kids yet… but i am praying for the same thing for my baby nephew (who’s 2) and my future kids. ^_^
Way to go E.! I can’t see the video because they have it blocked here at work, but I will definitely watch it at home some time! I’m so happy for her! I hope I get to see her on Sunday 🙂
Amen. We join with you in celebrating.
Hooray! What a joy!!
And the additions and extracurricular activities in the video are exactly how things happen here! My parents get stressed out at birthdays and Christmas because they want pictures and videos without that extra child running across or shouting. I love it!
hee hee…. nice 🙂
congrats bro! let the kingdom come.
Blessed – Thanks! I think so too, but I might be a little biased 🙂
Happy Working Mom – Hope you got to see it. It is classic E, that’s for sure. Thanks for taking care of her and building a foundation on Sunday mornings.
Darrell – Thanks for joining in. Sorry that the cake is all gone 🙁
Myderbe – Yeah, the baby was none to pleased to not dive into that cake with both hands. All order was restored when she got a piece she could destroy though.
Clay – Amen brother.
That is awesome! “Every time a bell rings an angel gets its wings” sure pales in comparison.
