The Girls (Heather and Amanda) and my man “D-Rich” completed another race yesterday. The order of the day was a 5 mile race run for the Armed Forces Honor Run in Westerville, Ohio. As always I was proud of the ladies, but “D-Rich” stole the show with his pre and post run interviews. Check out the quick bit we put up on youtube to mark the occasion. While we had some fun joking around about it, there is something to be said about getting out there and running 5 miles for a good cause. As for me….I’m bringing lazy back.
