My guest today wins the award for the longest distance for a guest. While I wish I could have jumped on a plane and gone to Hawaii for the interview, we had to do it over zoom. Gene Pryor is an offensive lineman for the University of Hawaii. I think you will enjoy his story and journey to get to Hawaii. His last two seasons statistics are below:

2020:

  • Started eight straight games at right tackle.
  • Missed UH’s season finale vs. Houston in the New Mexico Bowl.

2019 (Junior):

  • Named all-Mountain West honorable mention.
  • Garnered team’s Coach Dave Holmes Most Improved Player Award.
  • Started 14 games on the offensive line at right tackle.
  • Key member of an  offensive line unit  ranked No. 5 in the nation in passing offense and No. 13 in total offense.
  • Missed only game of the year vs. Army (Nov. 30)
