Episode 169 of Unscripted is with John Ciardelli of the Hot Mess Food Truck. Hot Mess is the newest addition to the Center Street Market in Old Hilliard. In addition to their first staple location, they also run a food truck business. That is where they began and where the name comes from.
Aaron sits down with John today to learn more about their story, their opening in Old Hilliard and ways that the community can help with their needs for more cooks and staffing.
