Pastor Troy & Steph Gramling lead Potential Church. They have faithfully served and led the church toward expansion and the launch of multiple campuses across the world. Their vision is fueled by a passion and burden to partner with people to reach their God potential, to impact our world for good. Pastor Troy excels in leadership development and is well known for his extreme creativity in designing unexpected worship and teaching experiences. He is a powerful communicator with the unique ability to captivate an audience while sharing bold truths that inspire a transformation of the heart.
Steph leads alongside her husband and pastors SHE, a movement of Potential Church that strives to help women of all ages become all God has created them to be. She is an anointed leader, speaker, mentor, and friend. She gracefully leads out in each area of her life, including that of wife, mother, and grandmother.
Pastor Troy and Steph live in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. They have three children: Tyler, Carson and Baylee, two daughter in loves: Amber and Jessica and two grandchildren, Lyon and Luna. All of their children serve alongside of them in ministry, moving the vision forward to reach people from all four corners of the earth.
