It should be no big surprise that I am totally digging the new Jeremy Camp CD, “Beyond Measure”. It’s also no secret that I am a fan of his. Probably my favorite song on this new collection is simply called “Give me Jesus”. Just like the very short and simple “Empty Me” (another personal favorite), this song is not overdone with any special magic words.
From the first time I heard it, I have found myself taking a few moments each day to either listen to it, or sing it to myself. Saying something as simple as “you can have all this world, just give me Jesus” has a way of keeping the focus on the right things, at the right time, in the right way. May this bless you today.
