Wow. That is about all you can say when you get “that” phone call, or “that” email. Wow…”I’m sorry to hear that”. Seems like we have been hearing, reading and saying that at an increased pace lately. The days are heavy. The baggage and burdens are real. I don’t have the answers why, or how this happens. I don’t know the formula to make everything perfect.
