I won’t act like I’m not a proud Papa. “The Boy” has become the top pitcher on his team already this spring. He has started both scrimmages (one against the 10-11 year old team). He is yet to give up a run which in this league, at this age, is saying something. Basically, if you get a single, it becomes a triple because the catchers don’t have the ability to throw out runners that steal bases yet. He started off todays game by giving up a leadoff single.
