A little different Sermon Notes this week. We had the blessing of watching a pre-recorded video sermon from the Pastor of New Spring Church in South Carolina, Perry Noble. It was outstanding. Perry has a way of saying things that need to be said while being very humble about his struggle in the same areas. It was the perfect sermon for the “On The Verge” series.

Scripture: Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength. (Mark 12:30)

You can’t have an intimate relationship with someone and not care about the things they care about.

Intimacy is the result of consistency.

When we are truly ALL IN then we are willing to go all out.

What was it that propelled the early church out of their comfort zone and out into a world that did not know Christ?

1. Belief

If a church believes, it is inconsistent for nothing to happen.

2. Behavior

Three words described Jesus and the people in the early church – Compassion, Kindness, Forgiveness.

3. Boldness

Boldness is not arrogance; it’s confidence in who Jesus is and what He’s called us to do.

If God would have answered all of my prayers last week, how many lost people would have been found?
